Model Dimensions Weight MSRP
AD100VTH 7" x 19.75" x 11" 22 lbs. $549.00
V412BK 27.6 " x 18.2" x 28.7" 69 lbs $449.00
First introduced to the US market in the late 2006, the AD100VTH head was the loudest member of the AD Valvetronix "Chrome" series of amplifiers. Vox offered the V412BK 4x12 enclosure to accompany this amp head.

The AD100VTH control panel was loaded with controls for eleven amp models, eleven pedal effects and a two channel digital programmer. An optional VFS2 floor pedal allows for remote control of stored tonal programs.

The V412BK featured four 12" Vox special design speakers in a closed back, pressed board cabinet with plain black grill cloth.

The AD100VTH is a very loud amp, but a rear panel power amp level control allows you to reduce the output power of the AD100VTH all the way from 100 watts to one watt.

The AD100VTH never seemed to gain much poularity in the marketplace. It is a pity, as this is really a great sounding head. I feel that slow sales of this amp head and cabinet was driven by a lack of cosmetic appeal.

The AD100VT was discontinued by Vox in 2008, no replacement was issued.

North Coast also offers a number of cosmetic replacement parts for the AD100VTH, see below.
