The VOX Showroom VOXbbc Membership Agreement
As a VOX Showroom VOXbbc participant, I agree to the following:
(1.0) I agree that I am joining an online discussion area for recreational and informational purposes. I agree that The VOX Showroom is not responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in the VOXbbc and will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of any message posted in The VOX Showroom VOXbbc area.
(1.1) I agree to use one (1) consistent login identification name within the VOXbbc because I understand that it is important to the VOXbbc community that I maintain a consistent identity. I agree that providing false registration information or re-registering under multiple memberships will result in permanent termination of my membership(s). I agree that the VOXbbc hosts and staff may contact me via email should they deem it necessary. I agree that my hosting ISP may be also contacted concerning any violation of this agreement that I may default on.
(1.2) I agree to keep my posts on subject and relevant to the discussion of VOX products and VOX related subjects.
(1.3) I agree that dealers may post in The VOXbbc as long as they are not overtly or covertly attempting to conduct business that would conflict in any way with any of our sponsors or The VOX Showroom proper. A dealer is defined as anyone conducting transactions for the purposes of sustained profit or for the pursuit of their livelyhood.
(1.4) I will not engage in any illegal activity in my postings to the VOXbbc. In addition, I will not post messages that violate the copyright, other intellectual property rights or privacy right of any person, or messages that are defamatory or obscene.
(1.5) I agree that I will be responsible for any damages resulting from any of my postings in violation of the former. I acknowledge that I will not harass, threaten, or impersonate any VOXbbc participants, VOX Showroom sponsors or VOX Showroom staff. I agree to disagree in a civil manner should I take issue with the statements of another VOXbbc participant or any VOX Showroom or content contributor.
(1.6) I understand that civility and respect underlie the success of a group discussion such as the VOXbbc.
(1.7) I acknowledge that The VOX Showroom does not control and does not have the power to edit the specific content of my messages or the messages posted by other VOXbbc participants, though it reserves the right to remove or hide any message from the site and to terminate any participant's VOXbbc account for any reason. Finally, I agree that I will assert no copyright or other proprietary rights in my posted messages, that they may be used by The VOX Showroom for any purpose, and that The VOX Showroom will attribute them to me. I understand that my personal information which is submitted for membership purposes will not be shared, sold or lent to any third parties.
(1.8) This agreement may be admended, modified or terminated by The VOX Showroom with out notice and at any time and that it is MY responsibility to understand, comply and follow the policies set forth. |
