Among the myriad of VOX accessories were VOX strings. VOX produced a number of string variations both in the United States as well as Europe. Many of the strings in the mid sixties were flat wound strings incorporating a wound third and VOX was no exception to this rule. The combination of flat and wound third strings is essential for anyone attempting to re-create the sixties sound today.
