The Guitar Organ: V251

This is probably VOX's most crazy attempt at being on the forefront in the sixties. The guitar is based on the Phantom design and was combined with a minaturized transistor organ. You could play it as an ordinary guitar or a guitar-organ, solo organ, organ rhythm to guitar melody. It operated with any two input guitar amplifier and provided sustain, percussion and automatic guitar chords in rhythm with the guitarist's stringwork. The body featured more knobs and buttons that one could ever hope for and the guitar-organ came with a power supply interface to facilitate connections to the amplifier and provide power to the guitar.
