The DA10 is often known as a "busker" amp, a battery powered amp used by street musicians. The DA10 amp can operate either on six "C" cells or may be plugged into a wall outlet.
The DA10 includes many of the features found in Vox Valvetronix amps. Eleven amp models and eleven guitar effects are included on the DA10.
A built in rotary power output selector switch helps to extend battery life. By selecting the 0.5 watt power level, battery life up to 25 hours can be expected. At the 1.5 watt setting, battery life of up to 18 hours is expected. At the "Max" power level, the expected battery life is 8 hours. Connecting the DA10 to wall current allows the DA10 to operate at the full 20 watt output level.
The DA10 has two 6.5" Vox special design speakers and a "dark chrome" plated steel grill.
The DA10 was introduced in 2007 and discontinued in 2009.
