The single pin corner protector on this AC-50 is common among older VOX amplifiers. This AC-50 in particular, is a circa 1964 tube rectifier version and is the exact amplifier that was utilized in developing and testing Ruby Tube's re-issue GZ-34 rectifier tube that is currently available today.
