• You are not a dealer or in the business of selling musical instrument products for your livelihood. Dealers may not overtly or covertly use any area of this site to promote their business. This is not fair to our advertisers as well as to us. We will be happy to consider dealer advertisements within our site if you should so desire. Dealers are welcome to participate generically without reference to their business in particular. Posters of "For Sale" items in the VoxAd Classifieds are to be private party sales only.

  Dealers may post in any area as long as they are not overtly or covertly attempting to conduct business that would conflict in any way with any of our advertisers or The VOX Showroom.

• Culling of email addresses for any purpose other than to reply to a posted request is strickly prohibited. Any persons found culling email addresses from any of our posting areas for any purpose, espesicaly for unsolicited spamming, will be subject to immediate permenent banishment from this site. This may include being blocked from specific areas and/or the entire site proper. Please report any abuse of your email address to the webmaster.

• Abusive and/or foul language or personal attacks on anyone using this site will not be tolerated. Please report any violation of these policies to the administrator of this site. We reserve the right to block or otherwise restrict anybody from this site for any reason.

• Sellers using the VoxAd Classifieds shall provide a written description and price for each item for sale as requested and before sale.

• Sellers using the VoxAd Classifieds will provide pictures to all qualified buyers on request.

• Sellers using the VoxAd Classifieds shall provide a twenty-four hour checkout period for all buyers to ascertain if your product is as represented. Sellers may sell items "As Is," but must indicate this in writing before sale.

• Sellers using the VoxAd Classifieds shall follow proper ethical selling practices. Once a deal is agreed to, the seller must not continue to pursue further buyers either on-line or off-line. If you have a buyer that you have agreed to sell an item to and you are waiting for transfer of money or other items, please update your ad to indicate that a sale is pending or remove it completely. Sellers may request that purchase funds be sent promptly - including overnight services, and in the form of any reasonable monetary vehicle such a Certified Bank Check, Postal Money Order or other like document.

• Sellers using the VoxAd Classifieds shall provide an estimate of shipping charges and whether the buyer or seller is to pay for the shipping. International shipments can be very expensive due to import taxes and other fees.

Buyers using the VoxAd Classifieds, do your homework! Overseas import duties, taxes and freight charges can run hundreds of dollars!

Persons posting advertisements must provide the required information in all text fields that are contained in the posting forms. Every field is required! If you do not have an email address use, none@this.time. You may put a phone number or snail mail address the ad text area.
