Thomas Vox NOS Replacement Transistors - These transistors are the exact original new old stock transistors used in Thomas Vox amps from the 1960s. Most of these transistors are discontinued items, and are no longer available. While you can still buy "generic, one size fits all" transistors from substitution suppliers, why not use the actual parts and keep your amp, and it's tone, original? No returns on transistors.

Schematics supplied from North Coast now include all the Thomas transistor numbers.

NCM-152	Green/Yellow or Green (Thomas #86-5044-2) S-NPN - The most common of Thomas Vox preamp transistors. Found in virtually every American Vox transistorized amp, and no longer manufactured. I only have about 100 of these to sell, and they are NOS (new old stock) original Thomas parts. Can be identified in your amp by either a green and yellow dot, or by just a green dot. NCM-153	Blue (Thomas #86-5082-2) S-PNP - The most second most common of Thomas Vox preamp transistors. Found in virtually every American Vox transistorized amp. Can be identified in your amp by a blue dot. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on this part. All sales final. NCM-154	Input FET (Thomas #86-5095-2) N-FET - Used in the preamp stage of Buckingham V1123, Guardsman V1133, Beatle V1143, Viscount V1153 and V1154. The device is a low noise FET used in the first input stage of the preamp. I only have about 50 of these to sell, and they are NOS (new old stock) original Thomas parts. NCM-155	Switching FET (Thomas #86-5098-2) P-FET - Used in the preamp stage of Buckingham V1123, Guardsman V1133, Beatle V1143, Viscount V1153 and V1154. The device is a switching FET used to enable the fuzz and MRB functions. I only have about 50 of these to sell, and they are NOS (new old stock) original Thomas parts, and I believe the last of these to exist in the world. NCM-179	Driver Transistor (Thomas #86-5085-2) S-NPN - This is the driver transistor to the output stage used in the Super Beatle/Beatle, Royal Guardsman, Westminster, Sovereign, and Churchill amplifiers.
