I received my Ric 340 12 string yesterday. It's awesome.The color is perfect, the finish is perfect and the setup of the bridge, neck and intonation is a first class job.It plays like a dream. I was amazed when I took the guitar out of the packing and the case to find that it was still in tune.

My Rickenbacker 360/12 Amber fireglo arrived yesterday. I could not be happier! The care you took in securing the guitar with double-boxing was superb. I appreciated how you also separately packaged the neck adjustment tool and fastened it to the inner box, so as to avoid any possible contact with the Rick guitar or its casing. The guitar itself is phenomenal. The finish surpasses my expectations. The Ric's mirror-like finish is legendary, and the 360/12 you delivered is no exception.

The playability of this guitar is fantastic. As a largely 6-string guitarist, I was surprised how smoothly I transitioned to the 360/12 (then again, that's what you expect from a guitar of this calibre and quality). The Ric's intonation and setup were great. I appreciated the down tuning on the strings for shipment so that the guitar was delivered without any undue tension on the neck. Any reservations I had about the hi-gain pickups in lieu of vintage were quickly erased. The Rickenbacker "jangle" poured out of my amp as soon as I plugged in. I am thoroughly impressed with this guitar in every way.
