| The online shopping cart system at North Coast Music automatically emails your receipt to you within several minutes of your online purchase. This receipt will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. This receipt copy is the only copy of your receipt that we provide, no additional copies are included with the product when shipped.
On that receipt copy, it is noted that "THIS IS YOUR ONLY RECEIPT. PLEASE READ, PRINT, AND RETAIN"
Should you have lost or never printed this receipt, we will manually look and snail mail you a copy of your receipt for a $10 service charge. This requires that we manually sort through a month worth of receipts to photocopy and mail your receipt to you.
Requests for receipt copies made within 21 days of purchase will be provided at no charge.
Receipts more than one year old will not be retrievable, sorry.
Replacement For Lost or Misplaced Receipt - North Coast will look up your lost or misplaced receipt and mail you another copy via snail mail. Follow the three steps below.
