Fill out each blank as requested, and use your tab key or mouse pointer to move to the next blank.

If your order is to be shipped outside the continental US, it is important that you answer the "drop down" blank for "Country" as "Other."

Additionally, those having orders shipped outside the continental USA will need a shipping quote and an authorization code for the goods they require. You must first contact North Coast Music by email, listing your proposed order and destination for delivery to get this special shipping quote. The numbers provided by North Coast Music are then filled into the two blanks inside the pink box.

If you are ordering from inside the continental US, just leave the two spaces in the big pink box empty.

After all the blanks are completed, left click just once on "Submit for Processing" to move the the next page.

It all looks correct, left click just once on "Finalize Order." In a few moments you will enter the "Credit Card Information Page."

If you wish to correct something, simply left click once on the "Change Purchase Options" button instead.

Left click in the box for your credit card number, and type in your VISA, Master Card, or American Express number. We do not accept Discover Cards, or any other charge cards beside VISA, MC, and Amex.

Then left click in the box for the Expiration Date, and type just four digits there. Examples: 4/02 is typed in as 0402. 11/03 is typed in as 1103.

Now we are ready to finalize and place the order. Read the next step very carefully.

Left Click ONLY ONCE on "Submit Transaction." when you are ready to send the order to North Coast Music. Be patient, the confirmation screen can take up to two minutes to show up. Do not click a second time on "Submit Transaction."

When you click on this button, you are submitting the order to be charged to our automatic server. Within fifteen minutes, you should receive, via email, a confirmation of your order and a receipt for your credit card.

Parts orders are sent by US Priority Mail in most cases. We do not provide tracking numbers for these shipments.

Amps, guitars, and large cartons are shipped by UPS ground, and you will receive an e mail confirmation of shipping date and tracking numbers.
