1) More often than not, when an error happens after the "Finalize Order" link is clicked, there is a problem with your credit card.
Perhaps you transcribed the credit card number or expiration date wrong.
Perhaps your card has expired, or perhaps you are over your credit limit.
Perhaps you have a debit rather than a credit card, we do not accept debit cards.
Perhaps you have submitted a Discovery Card to pay for your order. We only accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Remedy: Hit the back button on your browser and correct any of the errors shown above.
2) Fax/Snail Mail Order Form - We offer an order form in Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) that will help you in ordering by fax or by snail mail. Click here for a copy of that form.
Be sure to use the "Print" button inside the Adobe Acrobat window, or you will not get the order form from your printer.
We do not offer phone service, North Coast Music is self service, e-commerce site.
