FAQ1: What special services does North Coast Music offer to all Gretsch guitar customers?

A: Unlike most other Gretsch dealers that simply ship uninspected and unadjusted Gretsch guitars to their retail customers, North Coast Music offers the following services on all Gretsch guitars we sell:

	Each Gretsch guitar and case sold here is inspected for quality by Gary of North Coast Music and guitars that do not meet our quality standards are returned to the manufacturer
	Factory fresh inventory, no store display models
	Each Gretsch guitar purchased receives a complete set up at North Coast Music prior to shipment. This setup is comprised of an adjustment of neck relief, intonation, and action, using the factory strings.
	As all three "Beatle" Gretsch models feature a floating bridge, North Coast Music frames the area on the body where the bridge is properly located with a special 3M blue masking tape that leaves no residue on the finish. Should the bridge be jarred out of the correct location in shipping, you can easliy slide it back into place.
	Detailed front and rear pictures of your new Gretsch guitar are emailed to you after purchase

FAQ3: Can I get a discount quote on a Gretsch guitar model not shown in your web site?
A: I only offer the three Gretsch "Beatle" guitar models shown in my web site. I cannot offer a customer a return privilege on "special order" Gretsch models so I choose not to offer such guitars.
