Carl Schneider submitted these pictures of his 1960's Vox band, Rhinoceros Snot. Carl called Rhinoceros Snot "the forgettable band with the unforgettable name."
The members of Rhinoceros Snot are (left to right in upper photo): Craig Berkos, Carl Schneider, Steve Wemyss, Dave Santoro, and Mike Valencia.
Vox amps powering the band included a Royal Guardsman, Viscount, Essex Bass and for PA, a Buckingham head through two Grenadier speaker columns. The drummers distinctive kit was also by Vox. They must have needed that oblong Vox bass drum to fit the name of the band!
