"The Intruders" - 1965 - Middletown, Ohio


Paul Goodwin sent in this 1965 photo of his 1960's Vox band, the Intruders. The photo was taken at LeSourdsville Lake Amusement Park's Stardust Garden. Paul told me that many big name groups played at this venue in the 1960s. He also said that Cincinnati and Dayton radio stations held Friday and Saturday shows featuring top local talent as well.

In addition to several Fender amps, the Intruders also owned two AC-30 amps, one with brown grill, one with black. Both had swivel side stands.
